Power transfer that happens with oil or water as media is called hydraulics and when air is used as media,
we talk about pneumatics. Both hydraulics and pneumatics play an important role on modern machine automation.
Without these two methods of power transfer it would not be impossible to produce machines,
production lines and factories that fulfill today’s hard requirements.

The strong machine building industry in Finland has always relied on utilization of hydraulics and pneumatics
and therefore the knowledge on these both techniques is on top level in Finland also considered globally.
Hydraulics and pneumatics branch offers many interesting possibilities among Finnish and international industry.
